UPCOMING EVENTS

The Great Indian Food Affair (GIFA) is based on heritage and modern fusion Indian cuisine with local flavours. GIFA’s 2018 vision is to be the most visited event at Singapore Food Festival (SFF) by showcasing the class of cuisine and creating Singapore as a Culinary Hub of ASEAN. GIFA will run parallel from 13-29 July with SFF at various fine dining locations and at Little India – Racecourse ground. Indian Cuisine is the reflection of the heritage of its people; it represents its historical development, religious beliefs, cultural practices, and above all, its geographical attributes. The proposed concept, GIFA, intends to showcase traditions and spices, culture and modernity, and the fusion between India and ASEAN countries.
